clients still own the copyright of the character(s) and will be mentioned as the owner. however, it will not be sold as merchandise.
PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAR REFERENCES.
black and white references are not allowed
CLIENTS AREN'T ALLOWED TO:
claim credit, edit/modify, change the color, trace, photo manipulate, distribute, make merchandise.
printing the artwork as a brochure, flyers, etc.
use as freebies for your store (prints, button pin, stickers, etc.)
use commission piece as materials for streaming. (stream commission is considered as commercial use)
CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO:
self-advertise (for social medias like: Twitter, IG, FB, Twitch, Youtube, etc.)
use as website materials (icon, header, etc.)
revisions
revisions during the sketch and color blocking stage will be free of charge.
major revisions after the sketch and color blocking stage will be charged
MINOR REVISIONS: additional tiny elements, expression change, technical mistakes, misunderstood details
MAJOR REVISIONS: additional item/object (weapon, flowers etc.), new pose, new background, different overall outfit
